Planner protection

Managed planners restrict access to the planner's edit history, and creator access.
This is applied regardless of the protection level you select.

The protection levels offered to managed planner are:

• Anyone can view the planner
  This lets anybody view the current saved version of the planner, and nothing else about it.

• Only the planner's owner, and assigned editors, can view the planner. (Default)
  The planner is completely hidden, and inaccessible, to others.

Once you're happy with your saved planner you can switch from hidden to viewable, and it'll appear on the website.
